This Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into on this day by and between the UW Law Student Bar Association (hereinafter referred to as “UW Law SBA”) and the party or parties involved in the legal matter. WHEREAS, UW Law SBA is a recognized student organization at the University of Washington School of Law, and WHEREAS, the party or parties involved are seeking legal services from UW Law SBA, and WHEREAS, both parties agree to enter into a binding contract for the provision of legal services. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows: Scope Services: UW Law SBA agrees provide legal services party parties involved legal matter outlined attached legal plan. Payment: The party parties involved agree pay UW Law SBA agreed-upon fees legal services rendered. Payment terms and schedules will be determined at the commencement of the legal matter. Termination: Either party may terminate Agreement providing written notice other party.
